Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a global team of approximately 10 direct reports across three regions
- Drive the planning and performance cycle, including actuals, budget and forecast
- Design and execute the standardization, automation and change roadmap within Cost Controlling
- Act as the global point of contact for Cost Controlling and Service contracts
- Strengthen collaboration between Finance and the business to improve cost transparency and decision-making
