Key Responsibilities

•Advisor to a broad range of stakeholders both in and outside finance.
•Drive standardization and initiate improvements within Payroll, using end-to-end expertise to enhance processes and tools.
•Provide expertise on payroll process and offer guidance within Hire to Retire scope.
•Monitor and drive performance based on defined KPIs.
•Contribute to developing and managing HR & finance architecture, including processes, systems, and data (-products), to align with business goals.
•Collaborate with (HR) IT and payroll partner to deliver technically sound, sustainable payroll solutions.
•Stay updated on new technological developments, manage architecture changes, and advise on priorities and risks.
•Identify and evaluate opportunities for process automation.
•Collaborate with global teams on Hire to Retire transformation projects.
