Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, business stakeholders, and SMEs to assess Soft Skills, Talent and leadership development needs and define clear objectives, scope, and success measures.
- Continually update the Soft Skills, Talent, and Leadership Development curriculum to reflect best practices, research, and evolving organizational requirements.
- Design data-driven, 702010-aligned learning solutions and facilitate leadership development sessions when needed.
- Lead end-to-end program management for leadership initiatives, ensuring strong planning, stakeholder alignment, execution, and post-implementation evaluation.
- Analyze insights and feedback to strengthen program effectiveness and ensure alignment with the Talent & Leadership strategy.
- Build and manage relationships with external learning partners, ensuring high-quality delivery and strategic, cost-effective use of budget.
