Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, business stakeholders, and SMEs to assess development needs and define objectives, scope, and success measures linked to business priorities.
- Continually update the Soft Skills, Talent, and Leadership Development curriculum to reflect best practices.
- Design data-driven, 702010-aligned learning solutions and facilitate leadership development sessions when needed.
- Lead end-to-end program management for leadership initiatives, ensuring planning, stakeholder alignment, execution, and evaluation.
- Analyze insights and feedback to strengthen program effectiveness and align with Talent & Leadership strategy.
- Build and manage relationships with external learning partners, ensuring quality delivery and budget efficiency.
