•Manage RMR Service Projects from sales through to handover (integrating Sales Engineering and Project Management), ensuring both customer satisfaction and strong financial performance
•Support Key Account and Service Managers in defining winning strategies and lead RMR developments in regions, branches, and major accounts
•Take full responsibility for project performance (financials, planning, and customer satisfaction)
•Act as the escalation point and single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding operational and technical issues
•Drive the development and professionalization of RMR ways of working across regions
•Align processes and ways of working with relevant internal stakeholders within Vanderlande
•Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site
