Key Responsibilities
- Map and document current planning approaches and tools across Service teams.
- Interview stakeholders (team leads, planners, engineers) to understand functional needs.
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, and dependencies in the current situation.
- Review existing corporate or departmental planning tools and assess their suitability.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements for a unified planning tool.
- Create a recommendation and high-level implementation roadmap.
- Support a proof of concept or pilot setup in collaboration with IT / key users.
