Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the FSSC EMEA teams (Credit Management and SMEs), fostering an inclusive and high-performing team environment
- Drive continuous improvement and lead automation initiatives within FSSC EMEA, including ownership of the automation lab
- Oversee complex accounting, reporting, and compliance topics, including statutory audit support and resolution of high-impact financial matters
- Improve and streamline month-end closing processes to enhance accuracy, transparency, and cycle efficiency
- Identify root causes of financial or process challenges and initiate sustainable, data-driven improvements
- Strengthen balance sheet control and build capabilities of balance sheet owners across the team
