Key Responsibilities

•Develop electro-mechanical modules, UL/CE rated cabinets, field wiring, 2D schematics, and 3D wire harnesses.
•Build enclosures for PLC-controlled systems, managing power distribution, motor protection, and industrial networking.
•Fuse hardware, software, controls, and mechanical components into robust system architectures.
•Define and execute functional, reliability, and acceptance testing strategies.
•Lead technical investigations, failure analyses, and drive preventive engineering actions.
•Ensure all designs meet functional safety principles, CE/UL standards, and Machine Directives (EN/ISO).
•Collaborate with suppliers on outsourced developments and support manufacturing readiness.
•Travel occasionally to manufacturing facilities and project sites to evaluate processes and design improvements.
