Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop electro-mechanical modules, UL/CE rated cabinets, field wiring, 2D schematics, and 3D wire harnesses.
  • •Build enclosures for PLC-controlled systems, managing power distribution, motor protection, and industrial networking.
  • •Fuse hardware, software, controls, and mechanical components into robust system architectures.
  • •Define and execute functional, reliability, and acceptance testing strategies.
  • •Lead technical investigations, failure analyses, and drive preventive engineering actions.
  • •Ensure all designs meet functional safety principles, CE/UL standards, and Machine Directives (EN/ISO).
  • •Collaborate with suppliers on outsourced developments and support manufacturing readiness.
  • •Travel occasionally to manufacturing facilities and project sites to evaluate processes and design improvements.
