•Deep dive into BizOps workflows to identify technical friction and operational debt.
•Own the end-to-end roadmap for large-scale initiatives such as AI transformation and automation.
•Drive adoption and behavior change for new tools, dashboards, and processes across EMEA.
•Bridge strategy and technical execution by translating operational problems into technical requirements.
•Scale and standardize solutions across markets to prevent fragmentation.
•Proactively identify where adoption is lagging and diagnose root causes.
•Support EMEA BizOps strategy sessions by translating priorities into actionable roadmaps.
•Serve as a senior IC peer to BizOps leaders for complex cross-functional priorities.
