- Build, refine, and scale the frameworks for demand forecasting
- Translate historical order data into precise supply hour requirements across the region
- Own the 'Gold Standard' for shift patterns
- Determine how we distribute hours to fleets to ensure 100% coverage during peak 'dinner rushes' without over-indexing during lulls
- Develop the playbooks for marketplace intervention
- Unlock the tactical levers to rebalance the scales instantly when demand spikes or supply falls short
- Perform deep-dive 'Post-Mortems' on scheduling gaps to identify where we are 'leaking' money due to over-supply
- Act as the primary feedback loop and sparring partner for Tech and Product teams
- Translate ground-level scheduling friction into technical requirements for automated dispatch and scheduling tools
- Define and monitor strict reliability KPIs for our fleet partners
