Key Responsibilities

•Financial & Operational Planning: primary point of contact for all finance-related matters for your portfolio, gatekeeper of EMEA's financials, consolidating regions and centralizing processes.
•Business Partnership: partner with company leaders in EMEA Mobility to apply business judgment and financial insights for decision-making.
•Strategic Analysis & Execution Excellence: drive strategic analysis to influence decisions on marketplace dynamics, promotional investments, and pricing strategies.
•Sophisticated Financial Modeling & Variance Analysis: break down complex business problems, build models from scratch, improve existing models, conduct monthly variance analysis.
•Collaboration with Accounting & Central Teams: work closely with accounting and central teams on management reporting and alignment.
•Improvement in Execution & Process Development: help scale and transition the organization, develop new processes and tools.
•Ad Hoc Analysis & Change Agent: run ad hoc analyses for growth opportunities, cost efficiencies, risk mitigation; act as change agent.
