Key Responsibilities
- Own Reserve's Performance & Growth: monitor and action on product performance to offer riders peace of mind on critical trips.
- Ensure 5 Star Experiences at Key Venues: improve on-ground experience at touristic venues via operational changes, product deployments, and MP monitoring.
- Work with cross-functional teams (product, regions, marketing, support) to align initiatives and optimize rider experience.
- Solve complex problems by monitoring and analyzing performance and marketplace metrics, turning insights into actions for partners.
- Keep customers top of mind by understanding pain points and opportunities through internal and external data analysis.
- Coordinate stakeholders and produce high-impact presentations for high-level management.
- Execute in a fast-paced environment: address operational needs, support implementations, test-fail-reiterate.
