  • •Work with cross-functional teams (product, regions, marketing, support) to align initiatives and optimize rider experience.
  • •Solve complex problems by monitoring and analyzing performance and marketplace metrics, turning insights into actions for partners.
  • •Keep customers top of mind by understanding pain points and opportunities through internal and external data analysis.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders and produce high-impact presentations for high-level management.
  • •Execute in a fast-paced environment: address operational needs, support implementations, test-fail-reiterate.
