Key Responsibilities
- Define the long-term vision and commercial design for alternative earner models (Fleet, Staff Leasing, Hybrid)
- Optimize strategic risk appetite and supply chain structure
- Oversee defensive strategy for partner networks to ensure compliance
- Act as bridge between Policy/Legal and Ops execution, translating regulatory obligations into scalable controls
- Lead assessments for high-risk markets (Germany, Spain, Netherlands) and determine prioritization criteria
