Key Responsibilities
- Drive projects to improve driver quality, engagement, loyalty, retention, and overall driver experience
- Develop strategy and tactics for driver behavior and quality improvements
- Implement platform loyalty and on-platform engagement initiatives
- Address driver experience issues related to earnings and pain points
- Collaborate with Tech to test and rollout features, lead GTM strategy
- Monitor engagement and experience through analytics, deep-dive into underperformance
- Work with cross-functional teams including Safety, Marketing, Legal, etc.
