Key Responsibilities
- Drive the strategy & execution for fleet growth and engagement, curated supply, vehicle access partnerships, and electrification.
- Drive key growth projects and programs that cut across supply and product types, influencing key capability development around driver recruitment, fleet utilization, and fleet expansion.
- Work with Business Development to shape and operationalize specific partnerships, including commercials and go-to-market strategies.
- Work cross-functionally in a large matrixed organization by collaborating with local teams in-market, global Product teams, Business Development, Tax, Legal and other cross-functional partners to bring new and improved product and process needs to fruition.
- Influence the long-term product vision for the fleet ecosystem, identifying target user segments and prioritizing high-impact capabilities that expand our market presence and unlock new value for fleet partners and drivers.
- Monitor, understand, and interpret fleet growth, engagement and experience metrics on the platform, and identify the root cause of risks and opportunities, propose multiple, practical solutions, and weigh tradeoffs to recommend best approach.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives by building close working relationships with the immediate regional team, as well as partners in the HQ Product and local Operations teams, assertively communicating and presenting ideas, findings and insights to assist and guide decision-making, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
