Key Responsibilities

•Manage operational mechanics of enterprise application licensing, including usage tracking, cost gap identification, PO creation, and vendor invoice validation.
•Conduct regular software consumption audits to identify shelfware and reclaim inactive licenses.
•Monitor budget burn rates for SaaS tools and hardware stock, proactively submitting PO change orders.
•Reconcile complex invoice discrepancies with vendors, Accounts Payable, and stakeholders.
•Lead end-to-end lifecycle of corporate IT hardware assets: procurement, deployment, maintenance, decommission.
•Analyze data from ticketing and asset management systems to identify trends and implement improvements.
•Optimize global IT spend by creating project budgets and identifying cost-reduction opportunities.
•Design and execute project plans for software deployments or hardware refreshes.
•Identify operational gaps and implement process changes, creating playbooks and facilitating training.
•Serve as escalation point for supply chain and licensing issues, advocating for user needs.
