Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise application licensing, including tracking usage, raising POs, and validating invoices.
- Conduct regular audits of software consumption to identify shelfware and reclaim inactive licenses.
- Monitor budget burn rates for SaaS tools and hardware stock, submitting PO change orders.
- Reconcile complex invoice discrepancies with vendors, Accounts Payable, and stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle of corporate IT hardware assets from procurement to decommission.
- Analyze data from ticketing and asset management systems to identify trends and improvements.
- Optimize global IT spend by creating project budgets and identifying cost-reduction opportunities.
- Design and execute project plans for large-scale software deployments or hardware refreshes.
- Implement process changes and create playbooks for software provisioning and hardware fulfillment.
- Serve as escalation point for supply chain and licensing issues, advocating for user needs.
- Act as primary point of contact during supplier audits to minimize true-up costs.
- Partner with Procurement to use usage data as leverage during contract renewals.
