Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise application licensing, including tracking usage, raising POs, and validating invoices.
- Conduct audits to identify shelfware and reclaim inactive licenses.
- Monitor budget burn rates for SaaS and hardware, submitting PO change orders.
- Reconcile invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle of corporate IT hardware assets.
- Analyze data from ServiceNow, Jira to identify trends and implement improvements.
- Optimize global IT spend by creating project budgets and identifying cost reductions.
- Design project plans for software deployments and hardware refreshes.
- Implement process changes and create playbooks for provisioning.
- Act as escalation point for supply chain and licensing issues.
