•Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to align Uber Health solutions with customer workflows and business objectives.
•Own technical configuration, activation, and onboarding of client accounts.
•Develop and deliver implementation resources including training materials, onboarding guides, and customer communications.
•Monitor post-launch adoption and performance metrics, driving solutions to maximise customer impact.
•Translate customer feedback and data into actionable recommendations for Product, Sales, and Support teams.
•Drive operational excellence by improving implementation playbooks, tools, and processes.
•Partner across teams to unlock new products and market opportunities across EMEA.
•Use data-driven insights to support scalable customer success outcomes.
