Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all measures are taken to finish the work within cost and time frames, with emphasis on prioritized objectives.
- Implement Project Planning & Scheduling strategy, plans, and procedures.
- Coordinate development and implementation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS).
- Promote and maintain integration of contractor schedules within P6 project schedules.
- Perform critical path analysis and comparisons to baseline contractor schedules.
- Prepare regular reports and collect data for benchmarking, identifying cost and schedule trends.
- Work closely with the construction team to control the schedule.
