Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project risk registers
- Facilitate risk management meetings
- Participate in quantitative risk analysis processes
- Ensure work is completed within cost and time frames
- Support Project Controls Manager in project control
- Develop and implement Work Breakdown Structures and Cost Breakdown structures
- Apply first principles estimating and prepare capital cost estimates
- Support key tendering activities including pre-tender estimates
- Analyse project change and provide feedback on risks and opportunities
- Analyse costs and estimates from suppliers and contractors
- Provide estimating support for feasibility studies and project budget management
- Support implementation of Project Planning & Scheduling strategy
- Develop and maintain overall integration schedule
- Prepare regular reports to identify improvement areas and trends
- Check integrity of contractor schedules in P6
- Perform critical path analysis and comparisons to baseline schedules
- Prepare reports for benchmarking and trend data
- Guide Contractor on managing cost and schedule trends
- Work closely with project team to control cost and schedule
- Support business development and marketing initiatives
- Participate in health, safety and wellbeing initiatives
- Coach, mentor, or line manage staff
- Maintain personal Learning & Development plan
- Complete mandatory training courses
- Update personal CV regularly
- Participate in corporate responsibility initiatives
