Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all MAC projects, including Small Works, ensuring compliance with MAC standards and client requirements.
- Act as the primary client contact for all move and change activities, fostering strong relationships and ensuring efficient space utilization.
- Guide the selection and management of the supply chain, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on project activities, performance metrics, and financial aspects.
- Drive revenue generation, maximize profit margins, and ensure projects adhere to commercial agreements.
- Provide innovative and creative space planning solutions to enhance client workflows and working environments.
- Ensure all projects adhere to QHSE standards.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success.
