Key Responsibilities

•Act as Turner & Townsend's day-to-day representative during the construction phase.
•Monitor contractor performance against programme, quality and safety requirements.
•Coordinate site inspections, progress reviews and key stakeholder interactions.
•Identify risks, issues and opportunities, and proactively support mitigation activities.
•Review construction methodologies and site logistics plans.
•Monitor compliance with permits, design requirements and statutory obligations.
•Support testing, commissioning and handover activities.
•Provide regular project reports to the client and Turner & Townsend management team.
•Support the implementation of Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental standards across the EV charging infrastructure programme.
•Carry out site audits and inspections.
•Monitor contractor compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
•Review risk assessments, method statements and permit documentation.
•Support incident management and lessons learned processes.
•Track QSHE performance indicators and prepare management reports.
•Promote a positive safety culture across the programme and wider project teams.
•Maintain effective working relationships with clients, contractors and local authorities.
•Support project meetings and governance forums.
•Act as a trusted advisor on construction delivery, safety and quality matters.
•Escalate critical issues in a timely and structured manner.
