Key Responsibilities
- Implement Project Planning & Scheduling strategy, plans and procedures
- Coordinate development of Work Breakdown Structures and Cost Breakdown Structures
- Promote and maintain integration of contractor schedules within P6 project schedules
- Perform critical path analysis and comparisons to baseline
- Prepare regular reports and collect data for benchmarking and trend analysis
- Support Project Director in keeping projects under control
- Work closely with construction team to control the schedule
- Help guide Contractor on managing trends
