Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the lifecycle of contracts, including negotiation, execution and renewal.
  • •Draft, review and ensure that contracts meet the organisations needs and comply with legal standards.
  • •Ensure that all contracts adhere to the relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
  • •Lead negotiations with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders to secure favourable terms and conditions.
  • •Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers.
  • •Maintain transparent, accurate and timely reporting on all operational and commercial aspects of contracts.
  • •Track and analyse the performance of contracts to ensure that objectives are met and identify areas for improvement.
  • •Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • •Oversee interactions between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and shared goals.
  • •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that contract objectives align with business goals.
  • •Identify any potential risks. Develop the necessary mitigation strategies.
  • •Participate in any progress meetings to discuss contracts plans and progress.
  • •Negotiate and oversee contracts, pursing new business opportunities.
  • •Resolve commercial disputes and settlements relating to the contracted scope.
  • •Perform additional tasks, activities or other duties as may be required or assigned as part of the role.
