Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead Treatwell's European payments strategy across card machines, online payments, transaction fees, Tap to Pay, capital and future financial products.
- Own Treatwell's strategic relationship with Stripe at a European level.
- Partner with Product, Supply, Finance, Operations, Legal and local market teams to embed payments into acquisition, onboarding, account management and retention.
- Translate strategy into clear execution plans with owners, timelines and KPIs.
- Drive adoption, transaction volume, wallet share, revenue and margin growth across Europe.
- Build scalable playbooks, pricing guidance and sales narratives for local market teams.
