•Manage technology budgeting, forecasting, and spend governance across cloud, SaaS, and on-premises infrastructure
•Track actual spend against budgets and explain cost variances
•Create cost allocation and transparency models
•Develop dashboards and financial insights into technology consumption
•Identify and implement cost-optimization initiatives
•Manage software asset utilization, renewals, and compliance
•Support vendor review and renewal planning
•Conduct regular cost reviews with stakeholders
•Build analytical and governance mechanisms using SQL, API, dashboards, and automation
•Analyze consumption and billing data to generate optimization recommendations
•Proactively identify unusual spending patterns and assist in cost recovery
•Balance cost-saving with operational needs and security
•Bring transparency to complex environments
