Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical management of TOPdesk's internal AI platforms.
  • •Build and maintain API integrations, MCP servers, connectors, and workflow automations.
  • •Apply AI to IT Ops workflows: incident triage, ticket routing, reporting, asset queries, SML/onboarding automation, and scripting assistance.
  • •Partner with other domains to identify, prototype, and deliver AI use-cases across departments.
  • •Run hackathons, discovery workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
  • •Build and maintain technical infrastructure for AI governance: usage analytics dashboards, policy enforcement tooling, approved-tool registry, and EU AI Act compliance tracking.
  • •Act as the technical face of AI enablement, run knowledge-sharing sessions, build internal demos, maintain prompt libraries, and support the AI champion network.
  • •Work with other teams to ensure all AI tools meet security, privacy, and GDPR standards.
  • •Evaluate new AI tools before approval, maintain approved-tools governance process, and enforce acceptable use policy.
