Key Responsibilities

•Build infrastructure and tooling for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various sources using cloud native big data services from AWS/Azure
•Build and maintain data pipelines that feed AI systems, including retrieval and knowledge pipelines for AI agents and RAG applications
•Design and maintain data and knowledge architecture, including cataloging for discoverability across AI pipelines
•Maintain and operate Azure infrastructure, provisioning resources, keeping environments healthy, and driving cost optimization
•Deploy analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer usage, operational efficiency, and business performance
•Work with stakeholders (business analysts, data scientists) to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs
•Support effective, data-driven decision making across stakeholders
