Key Responsibilities

•Own all aspects of aesthetic output and execution of PVHS, including guidelines, photography, videography, still-life, AI, shot mapping, angles, body language and expressions
•Responsible for output of On-Model and Still-Life E-Commerce imagery against brand standards
•Concept, deliver, and oversee assigned Special Projects and Capsules
•Lead and manage freelance creative teams on set to hit image quality bar
•Collaborate with production to train new freelance teams
•Partner with peers to find root cause issues of broken processes
•Ensure imagery is consistent with shoot and brand guidelines
•Balance commercial, strategic, and creative considerations
•Develop and update Shoot & Styling Guidelines with Sr. Creative Manager
•Utilize consumer insights and data to test and implement PDP guidelines
•Propose testing for new E-Commerce PDP creative content treatments using video, AI, AR, 3D, avatars, and fit tools
