Key Responsibilities
- Identifying trends and presenting creative research for the Constructed Woven category
- Designing within Constructed Woven product categories with Tommy Hilfiger DNA
- Working to the Divisional Calendar to meet deadlines
- Collaborating with Merchandising team on best seller management and seasonal newness
- Preparing sketches for divisional digital presentations
- Using Illustrator and Photoshop to create CAD sketches
- Conducting preparations for seasonal presentations to senior management
- Preparing all confirmed styles for digitalization with garment worksheets and PLM
- Working with Design Team to align design aesthetics and seasonal concepts
- Partnering with Product Developer for smooth workflow
- Working with Tech and Product Development on garment fittings
- Partnering with fabric sourcing team for qualities, trims, washes
- Building overviews and collection reviews with cross-functional team
