Key Responsibilities
- Produce large scale and complex productions for seasonal campaigns
- Balance quality, cost and time
- Make recommendations on production approaches and partner with Art Direction
- Allocate and book resources required to capture content
- Lead pre-production, shoot or build and post-production and asset delivery
- Negotiate contracts, rates and usage with key contributors
- Liaise closely with internal Casting team for model and talent bookings
- Manage and adhere to budgets and estimates
- Reconciliation and administration of projects
- Build trust through well organised productions
- Deliver high quality lifestyle content across stills, video and social
- Communicate project status and simplify production conundrums
- Manage style outs and partner with Product Marketing
