Key Responsibilities

•Develop, adapt and maintain patterns from design sketches, reference garments, approved blocks and technical specifications.
•Maintain approved block libraries and associated version control.
•Support the development of new seasonal silhouettes by translating design direction into pattern solutions.
•Prepare for and participate in fit sessions with Design, Merchandising and Product Development.
•Document fit decisions and comments accurately, implement agreed pattern amendments and maintain traceability.
•Analyze and resolve straightforward fit and pattern issues using established methods.
•Consider the impact of pattern changes on garment construction, sizing, fabric behavior and supplier capability.
•Partner with Product Development, Supply Chain, suppliers and Quality Assurance to communicate pattern and fit requirements.
•Maintain complete, accurate and timely information in the Product Lifecycle Management system.
•Independently manage and regularly reassess assigned pattern, sample and fit priorities against the seasonal critical path.
•Support sample readiness, fit-session preparation, technical analysis and reporting.
