Key Responsibilities

• •Efficiently process customer transactions, handle cash, card payments, and returns, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
• •Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked with products, maintaining high levels of availability.
• •Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of all store areas, including cashier and stockroom spaces.
• •Support loss prevention efforts by adhering to protocols and safeguarding against stock loss.
• •Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure accurate recording of stock.
• •Efficiently process incoming goods, ensuring quick turnaround times and proper storage.
• •Follow accurate cash handling procedures, perform register reconciliation, and contribute to daily sales reporting.
• •Support efficient stock rotation and organization.
• •Work closely with sales team, management, and other departments for cross-functional support.
• •Communicate effectively to ensure smooth coordination of tasks.
• •Assist with training of new team members in stockroom or cashier duties.
• •Support task delegation to ensure operational efficiency.
• •Identify and resolve operational issues contributing to process improvements.
• •Assist in tracking operational metrics including stock levels, sales, and customer feedback.
• •Use available data to anticipate stock needs and support replenishment efforts.
