Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape and advance global digital strategy for the function
  • •Position Global Digital Marketing as a forward-looking Centre of Excellence
  • •Hold overall accountability for seasonal consumer journey planning
  • •Lead and develop the Global Digital Marketing team (3 direct reports)
  • •Guide the team in defining digital journeys and channel plans across e-commerce, media, and CRM
  • •Drive continuous improvement through performance data, regional feedback, and innovation pilots
  • •Serve as the senior point of contact for the function to CMO-level stakeholders and regional leadership
  • •Own the relationship with digital agency partner
  • •Streamline and oversee the briefing process across internal teams and agency partners
  • •Own the function's budget
  • •Drive delivery across complex, multi-stakeholder projects
