Key Responsibilities
- Understanding of business unit processes and development calendar, monitoring performance and development of multiple seasons
- Understanding of category & regional financial ambitions and be able to challenge and drive toward strategic common directions
- Seasonal planning analysis, on growth drivers, merchandise flow, optimal balance product fashionability mix and lifecycle management
- Create visibility on productivity analysis (ABC, Cutting Long Tail), sales analysis (Sell-In, Sell-Out) and create visual aids to draw conclusions to support the right category development
- Creating pricing analysis, leveraging competitor information and building scenarios in alignment with price elasticity analysis
- Executing continuous check and balance on seasonal collection development and forecasts, supporting the wider planning team with detailed insights
- Track and bring visibility around seasonal margin development within the category and bring effective recommendations to drive margin improvements
- Support the wider planning team with Post-Seasonal in-depth analyses on collection performance, as input for Range Plan targets
- Updating and maintaining periodic master data reports and workbooks and identify master data quality issues in reports
- Being an ambassador and driver towards design, merchandisers and product developers to use Tableau, master data reports or other reporting tools
- Work closely with Analytics and Planning Leads to ensure elevation of current analysis tools, maximising the focus on accuracy and Omnichannel analytical approach
- Support the team and Planning leads with detailed data requests and analysis inside or outside of Tableau, master data reports and other tools
- Involvement as expert in new projects within the global planning team
