Key Responsibilities
- Manage extensive and strategic calendars for SVP-level leaders, prioritizing meetings based on business impact and objectives.
- Monitor and organize inboxes, support with email/task prioritization, and respond to routine queries on behalf of the leaders.
- Ensure leaders are fully prepared for meetings with agendas, objectives, and pre-read materials shared in advance.
- Attend all team and cross-functional meetings (excluding 1:1s), capture detailed notes, and circulate action points promptly.
- Ensure clarity of meeting goals and decision-making requirements; proactively gather and share relevant materials beforehand.
- Organize and lead medium-scale events within the region, including town halls and departmental gatherings, ensuring flawless execution.
- Act as a key liaison between SVPs and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Foster collaboration with other assistants and teams across the organization.
- Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, aligned with business priorities.
- Build professional presentations with minimal guidance, leveraging departmental knowledge and input from leaders.
- Lead projects with guidance, researching solutions, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency for the leadership team.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of expenses, purchase orders, and invoices, securing approvals within required timelines.
