Key Responsibilities
- Organize and communicate global design strategy around key calendar moments.
- Work closely with the Product Strategy team to understand process flow and milestones.
- Represent the design team in cross-functional meetings.
- Provide feedback on challenges to cross-functional teams.
- Liaise with studio managers to align on key design gates.
- Track and plan the creative calendar for the Chief Design Officer.
- Identify opportunities for the design team to become more collaborative and efficient.
- Maintain insights on team capacity and workload.
- Partner with finance team to track design budgets.
- Ensure VPs inform teams about important updates.
- Partner with CTC and Showroom teams for market launches.
