Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize sample rails according to seasonal requirements, ensuring all looks are shoot-ready and aligned with the Tommy Studios Weekly Schedule.
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient styling and operational workspaces.
- Collaborate with Sample Coordinators, Junior Product Specialists, and the Brand Stylist to optimize sample readiness and support styling activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the rail preparation freelance team, providing guidance on sample replacements and styling queries.
- Identify, escalate, and report product or sample issues to prevent disruptions during studio production.
- Update the Photo Management System (PMS) with styling changes, accessories, matching sets, and other last-minute look adjustments.
- Support sample lifecycle management by assisting with the outbound process for previous-season samples that are no longer required.
