•Spot social and cultural trends early and translate them into content that fits our brand.
•Be comfortable appearing on camera when it helps tell the story.
•Write clear, engaging copy in fluent English that matches our tone of voice.
•Plan and publish content according to our editorial calendar.
•Help manage and grow our social media communities through thoughtful engagement.
•Adapt content for different platforms, understanding what works on each channel.
•Track the performance of your content and use insights to improve future posts.
•Collaborate with colleagues across Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and Partnerships to create relevant stories.
•Support campaigns with creative content that helps grow brand awareness and engagement.
•Keep our content fresh, consistent and recognisably TicketSwap.
