•Architect the vision by defining long-term portfolio strategy, commercial growth plans, and roadmap for wellness and clubhouse spaces.
•Design the member journey from scratch, setting product standards, sensory elements, and programming across all studios, pools, and social areas.
•Launch and scale new concepts in partnership with Real Estate, Design, and Procurement teams.
•Drive business performance by setting smart pricing, packaging, and revenue strategies.
•Build strong internal alliances across marketing, operations, brand, and finance.
•Amplify our voice by discovering Global Wellness Ambassadors, chasing thought leadership, and securing industry collaborations.
•Create scalable playbooks and operational frameworks for local teams.
