Key Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure tasks are completed along the recruitment cycle
- Partner with Learning & Development, Culture & Engagement and People Operations on the intern program to create a connected community
- Ensure ATS and other support docs are kept up to date
- Find quick solutions when things don't go according to plan
- Take care of the team's shared mailbox
- Participate in different Talent Acquisition projects to improve quality of recruitment
