Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for operational excellence, reporting and auditing
- Drive operational excellence across all sites by creating action plans, revising operational checklists and implementing effective solutions
- Regularly review and analyze guest service metrics, guest satisfaction data, and online reputation management to identify areas for improvement
- Support with conducting audits to measure progress against quality requirements and provide accurate and timely reporting
- Improve audit templates and checklists in the tool
