Key Responsibilities
- Make sure everyone gets a warm welcome as soon as they walk in
- Prepare and serve a variety of local dishes
- Understand all products, be up to date with menu changes, and can (up)sell dishes
- Work on F&B side of events organized in the hotel
- Brew coffee and mix signature cocktails
- Answer guests' questions about best places to visit, eat, shop or party
- Ensure everything is clean and ready for following shift
- Help guests with requests regarding facilities
