- Arrange detailed travel plans: flights, hotels, dining, and transport
- Manage the COCO’s calendar, ensuring meetings and personal appointments run smoothly
- Serve as the COCO’s point of contact, handling calls, emails, and other communication
- Organise SMT off-sites
