Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models that support investment decisions, refinancing work, and long-term planning
- Prepare lender and shareholder materials including board updates, investor presentations, and financing packs
- Support debt sourcing, refinancing processes, and ongoing conversations with lenders across Europe
- Analyse portfolio performance, recurring revenue streams, and profitability drivers across the business
- Partner with FP&A, Investments, and Capital Markets teams on strategic and financial projects
- Review and challenge numbers before they reach leadership, investors, or financing partners
- Improve existing models, templates, and reporting processes using smarter tools and better ways of working
- Contribute to high-priority projects tied to TSH’s growth strategy and platform expansion
