Key Responsibilities
- Take enquiries and bookings via various channels
- Execute financial handlings such as sending out, checking and raising invoices
- Prepare arrival information with completed final and accurate details for our local colleagues
- Work with our Hotel Management Systems (Mews, Pxier and Omniboost), Zendesk, Salesforce and our other main systems
- Advise our guests on the services and products TSH has to offer
- Respond to inquiries via email, telephone and other channels regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns
- Resolve guest’s challenges & complaints in a quick, efficient manner
- Assist & help co-team members in servicing the guests during peak moments
- Support our local operations team to deliver unforgettable experiences for all our guests
