Key Responsibilities
- Own the full group sales cycle for B2B and B2C clients across all TSH locations
- Negotiate and craft compelling offers, proactively spot upsell moments
- Manage pipeline using daily Service Hub tasks and checklists
- Handle invoices and payment details accurately
- Deliver arrival briefings for on-site teams
- Work across Hotel Management Systems (Mews, Event Temple, Salesforce Service Cloud) and AI tools
- Act as a knowledgeable guide for TSH offerings
- Join weekly and monthly commercial and revenue reviews
