Key Responsibilities

•Lead the front-of-house team during service and set a positive, upbeat tone
•Guide crew on the floor, helping them solve small issues in the moment
•Support training and onboarding for new team members
•Keep daily operations smooth by checking setups, stock, cleanliness and safety
•Lead the team with a helicopter view, staying present on the floor
•Handle transactions accurately and pass on any irregularities
•Kick off and recap shifts: inform team of goals, structure, and out-of-stock items
•Work closely with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and membership teams
•Report maintenance issues and operational concerns to technical department and management
•Recognize and greet members by name, remember preferences, ensure high member satisfaction
•Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve problems quickly
•Be the product expert: know wine, beer, cocktails, and food menu inside out
•Set the mood of the shift through work ethic, body language, lighting, music, and tempo
•Follow and uphold hotel service, food and beverage quality, and grooming standards
