The Transformation Lead for Marketing GBS is responsible for shaping and executing the Marketing Operations strategy within TMICC's new GBS organization, overseeing the transfer of activities from Unilever GBS and/or TMICC Business Units into the new GBS, and ensuring stable service delivery while driving the transformation roadmap. The role requires significant experience in Marketing Operations transformation in complex, multi-market environments and proven track record in establishing or scaling shared services or operating models.

Key Responsibilities
- Define the GBS Marketing Operations strategy, scope, and multi-year roadmap.
- Design the end-to-end operating model including governance, intake, SLAs/OLAs, controls, and escalation.
- Ensure global standardisation by default with structured local exceptions where required.
- Support the Functional Solution Leader in defining the intake strategy, sequencing, and prioritization.
- Design hub blueprint including structure, skills, shifts, onboarding, and knowledge management.
- Lead transition using a transfer-then-transform approach including hypercare and stabilisation.
- Build a delivery-focused, high-performance culture within the hub.
- Own service performance across quality, cycle times, backlog health and SLA delivery.
- Establish clear operational rhythms, performance reviews, and issue escalation.
- Drive process discipline, SOP adherence and reduction of rework.
- Coordinate scope assessments with functional teams and BUs.
- Manage readiness criteria to ensure smooth onboarding of scope into GBS/3PSP.
- Serve as central coordination point across BUs, Functions, GPOs, GBS Ops, Technology (OPUS) and 3PSP.
- Drive TSA exit planning and execution for the function.
- Run fit-gap analysis with GPOs and SMEs to align existing processes with future-state standards.
- Facilitate value stream mapping (VSM) workshops to define future-state workflows, handoffs, controls, and roles.
- Identify and deliver productivity improvements through simplification and automation.
- Lead AI-enabled initiatives to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
- Act as primary GBS interface for Marketing stakeholders for the hub scope.
- Build and track business cases and value realization.
- Own cost stewardship and support investment prioritization with data.
